- Evaluate the effectiveness of the programs and courses to support student success and learning through data-driven decision making.
- Utilize the appropriate regulations, such as Scope of Clinical Laboratory Practice, as a means for assuring the quality of vocational programs and continuing education courses.
- Maintain a mechanism for identification and resolution of issues that may arise from any stakeholder.
- Maintain appropriate communications with membership of regulatory agencies which may have an impact on vocational programs and continuing education courses.
- Utilize evaluation data to improve curriculum, instruction, student learning outcomes, and general business operations.
